This video was taken at one of our local customer's shop. Machine used: Haas VF2-SS Material: 6061-T6 aluminum 1.5" x 5.0" x 5.2" Cutting tools used: 3" Walter 4 insert face mill, 6000 RPM, 125-200 ipm feed. 3/4" 3 flute hanita end mill, 12000 RPM, 200-225 ipm feed. 1/4" 2 flute chamfer mill, 12000 RPM, 250 ipm feed. 6" vise with Talon Grip Systems TK6-A jaws holding on to .060" of material. Run time 1:26 minutes www.talongripsystems.com    |
