SoftONE CNC application

Hello!
I have develloped a new NC application with the following main features:
- Converts TRIBON “gen” CAD files to reliable NC-code for 2 axis cutting machine.
- Converts DXF CAD files to reliable NC-code for 2 axis cutting machine (v 1.1)
- Conversion times including user selection is fast
- Manipulation of “V” bevel codes (from tribon files)
- Generate ESSI and G-Code with or without bevel.
- Easy to learn graphical user interface
- Separating process entity by colors
- Export nesting plates to Autocad DXF performing different layers and colors for each process.
- Batch generation of NC codes and DXF export.

The version 2.0 of SoftONE-CNC software is ready
A lot of new features was implemented:
-Converts any DXF CAD files to reliable NC-code for 2 axis cutting machine!
-All duplicate entities, i.e. identical lines or arcs, are automatically deleted.
-Allows the user to set the lead-in and lead-out length independently. You can create NC-code with no leads, lead-ins only or lead-ins and lead-outs.
-Optimize the complete path automatically from the DXF file for reducing the cutting time process. The shapes on each layer are processed from the bottom left corner to the upper right corner.
-Simulation on the screen of all processes
-Mark using rapid travel speed.
-Generate marking or cutting path only

The next version 2.1 of SoftONE-CNC software will be ready soon...
New features:
- Back plotting of NC files: import any NC files , G-Code (EIA) and ESSI types and convert to DXF files.
- Convert any imported NC file from one standard to another standard according to the postprocessor settings: : ESSI to G-Code, G-Code to ESSI
- Analyzing step by step any NC file through CNC processes simultation function.

SoftONE-CNC V3 launched

•Version 3 new features :
• NC code analyzing (ESSI and G-Code) and "step by step" simulation through "Back generation" of NC code function - CNC code viewer and CNC processes simulation;
• Converts NC code back to DXF files via back plotting functions;
• Converts NC files from ESSI to G-Code and G-Code to ESSI according to users customized SoftONE postprocessors.

Thanks for sending the price quote. I don't think your product will suit my needs, as I only need to be able to edit leadin and leadout lines. I just can't justify spending that much money to do only that.

If have already a DXF to CNC software and you need only edit the leadin and leadout lines probably you need other application.
Can you explain more detailed what tasks should made the software that you need? Maybe I can help you...
