TalonGrip is on a distinguished road
New Vise Workholding product

This is a really cool product for milling in CNC's using vises for workholding. The Talon Grip Vise Jaw system consists of two Jaws that replace the standard hard jaws in your Kurt style or similar vises. The jaws have "grips" that bite into the material and holding on to only .060" of material allow very agressive speeds and feeds to be used without pulling the part from the vise unintentionally. The Grips are ajustable laterally and bite into materials with less than 40Rc hardness. There are built in work rest surfaces, eliminating the need for loose parallels. Talon Grip Vise Jaws are sold in sets which include 2 jaws, 4 grips and a stop. Additional grips and stops can be purchased individually. The Jaw sets are offered in 6", 4" and extended versions that are 1" longer per side for longer parts. There are two versions of each size in aluminum and also steel. See the web site at www.talongripsystems.com for some amazing videos of them in use and various applications. You can also purchase online or purchase at a discounted price through Western Tool Supply if you are in Washington, Oregon, Nevada or Northern California. www.westtool.com . We are looking for distributors for the rest of the US now. If interested, contact larry@talongripsystems.com or call 888-294-5640.
