CandCNC announces a new line of plug-n-run modular interface cards that take the drudgery, mistakes and confusion out of wiring a multi axis CNC machine running from a PC. We have offered complete electronics systems for several months and the response has been fantastic. I works well for the builder that has not purchased power components yet. Some of you have already built power supplies and enclosures and have motors, etc and don't want to pay for that again. We did some redesign and made the modular components we use in our units more generic. We can now provide the builder with plug together cards that let you quickly build a complete stepper or servo (or mixed) controller using one or two parallel ports of I/O and any version Gecko Motor Drives. Our EZPlug gecko cards install in minutes and give you Motor connectors and (in servo) encoder connectors. Our EZPlug Servo offers the reset circuits, central fault shutdown and Differential cable drivers for noise free operation. We even offer the matching mounting plates/heatsink for the Gecko's and our EZPLug cards. Now in minutes you can do what used to take days of hand wiring, testing and setup. The "glue" is our new MTA100 card that takes input from any of our breakout products (including our low cost MINI-IO series) and interfaces to our EZPlug Gecko Interface cards. No more mess of wires. Each one connects with ribbon cables and/or crimp-on terminals. (supplied) You can build a neat, clean and professional Power Controller box. Use our Packaged Designs (plazpak and routerpak) as inspiration! Find out more about our new modular series at: http://www.CandCNC.com/QuickPicker2.htm Drop me an e-mail at Tom@CandCNC.com if you want to chat about how our modular components will work in your project. Visit the main site at www.CandCNC.com and find the most complete line of CNC electronics anywhere! No more FOE (Fear of Electronics) to keep you from building the table of your dreams! |
