I build CNC machines 24x24 table alone $999.00 and up depending on the size. 24x24 complete system with Mach3 and Turbo Cad $2250.00 with stepper motors, power supply, stepper driver. The only thing you should supply is a computer. These machines are made from t slot aluminum and are rated for .002 or more. sootyjosh@hotmail.com jmhscout24@msn.com |

| I found this on craigslist. I did a google with the email " sootyjosh@hotmail.com " http://kansascity.craigslist.org/tls/276763705.html The "Martini's plaque" thats posted in the craigslist link, is posted here on the zone by another user (spoiledbrat), I remember it from a few days back (very cool work). http://www.cnczone.com/gallery/showp...user/7181/sl/s . |

Well i ran all the calculations on this table and the deflection is only 0.02 in 17 ft of rail just for the t slot alone. The lineal rail has a a deflection of 0.07 in 15 ft of rail whiich means that I will only get about a 0.00018 deflection in a 24" piece table unsupported. but instead of being unsupported I have the Linear guide and the T-slot togethor so I can literally run a 17' table with almost no deflection supported or not. But since the table will be on a table it wont matter. How is that for being unsupported? Josh |

I have read a few entries about how the unsupported rail thing and the question about the accuracy of the machine I am selling. Let me add this to my last post. The linear guid post have an accuracy rating of .0001 with a weight capacity of 320 kg which is about 800lbs static load weight on a 1"x1" block, which I am guessing is about a 550 lb linear motion capacity. Which means that with two linear blocks with a 800lb static load capacity each side you could almost cut a car on this machine. Any Questions? |

| What are you using that will only deflect .02 in 17ft? Seems like you're a bit off on your calculations if not fully supported.
