Techno Expands Market and Machine with New LC X Router | | Contact: Roy Valentine
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE New Hyde Park, NY Techno Inc. is proud to introduce their newest CNC Router line, the LC X Series. Ideal for large-format applications, the LC X expands on the same successful design concepts of Technos popular LC Series: a heavy tubular steel frame, a moving gantry that saves valuable floor space, servomotors and ball screws on all three axes that ride on precision THK rails. The components on LC X Series have been strengthened to accommodate the larger frame, and increased spindle HP options. We are looking to service a new market with the LC X Series, said Techno Sales Manager, Roy Valentine. We specifically bolstered this machine for shops that require a larger work envelope but still need the accuracy, repeatability, and affordability that Techno has become known for in the industry. The LC X comes standard with a raised 9-inch gantry clearance and high-speed, high-power servomotors and drives; we fortified the frame by doubling the thickness of the steel base and redesigned the gantry with steel backing members and gussets. Techno can now meet the needs of large-format routing for shops that require a CNC System that is extremely rigid under heavy cuts and can process larger parts or sheets faster. The LC X Series can be equipped with a 10HP automatic tool change spindle, multizone vacuum table, multiple spindles, reverse engineering and 4th axis rotary outrigger routing. Eight standard models of the LC X Series are available, ranging in work envelope from 59"x120" up to 98"x168" with special sizes available upon request.
