New Hyde Park, New York — Techno Inc., is proud to introduce their new Premium Class CNC Router. The Premium Class represents the culimination of 20+ years of Techno’s CNC design expertise. Knowing that good quality routing is designed from the ground up, this heavy-duty router has a stress-relieved steel base and we also use top of the line THK rails and bearings. To ensure minimal maintenance and machine longevity all three are equipped with ball screws as well as brushless servomotors to provide power and accuracy when you need it. These quality cqulity components create a standard of optimal performance in each and every one of your routing applications.

The Premium Class line of CNC Routers is ideal for the production routing of plastic, wood, aluminum, composites, etc., either in nested-based form or individual component processing. Beyond the heavy-duty frame and detailed CNC design of the Premium Class, Techno provides our easy to use Windows PC-based CNC Interface for communicating with any CAD/CAM GCODE outputting system. Most major functions are just one-click away, including: a built-in GCODE editor and toolpath preview, production logging and reporting, infinite look-ahead and continuous motion. Techno ships their intuitive CNC Interface with every CNC Router and also offers free lifetime updates (via the internet).

The base price for an 8,000 lb. 5’ x 8’ Premium Class Router with all these standard quality components and an 11‘’ gantry clearance is $45,000. Premium Class Routers are available in 5-standard sizes ranging from to 60" x 60" to 60" x 192" (with special sizes available upon request). A complete line of CNC Accessories that are fully compatible with the Premium Class Routers (e.g. vacuum table, automatic tool changers, dust collection, drill banks, etc.) are also available.
