Post Small company option

If you’re a small company and only need a small amount of programs for you punch/laser/plasma machine my services may be a good option. This would reduce the need to purchase programming software or to hire a full time programmer.

I have recently setup code for a Trumpf 2030 laser that should cover most all of the Trumpf laser flatbed machines. A complete machine listing is on my web page.

Post New Salvagnini P4 programming solution

I have been able to successfully generate code for a Salvagnini P4 using the Wittlock Engineering software with some added on macros. The software allows for the importing of a flat DXF file to set references and to see the location of the rotator clamp. Future updates will have more detailed bending views along with full capability of adding special commands.

Post Trumpf 2503 E laser

New Trumpf 2503 E laser added to my machine capability list with sub programming out put. This machine has a Bosh controller that has limitation to the memory so I have set up my programming software to generate sub programs.

Post New rates

Just wanted to offer some reduced hourly rates to try and generate some new business if anyone has an interest.

Recently I was able to help a company out with some creative programming reducing part cycle times by as much as 30%. The 30% my not be the normal thing, however, I continually try to find programming improvements for all my employers to justify my time.

Post Code generators for CNC controllers

I am looking to get some more machines setup with my CAM software to gain knowledge. In order to do that I am willing to wave my setup fees for a short period of time. The companies that I think this may be a benefit for would be the following:
· Basic 2D machines (laser / plasma / router / spot weld / water jet).
· Oddball controllers that manual programs are written for.
· Machines that are manually taught.
· Only one new program required (Programming fee for second program).
· Need consistent generated information (setup sheets).

A few things that are required would be the willingness to be ask questions, share documentation, provide program samples, willing to run samples, good feedback and companies in the US.

If given the chance I will prove advantages / cost savings and hope to gain new CNC programming business.
