Congratulation for OR2040 CNC router completed for customer from Australia.

This CNC router machine is with 4.5kw watercooling spindle, powerful driving motor, 5.5kw inverter, hiwin linear guideway and gearwheel transmission. The working table is combined with bakelite vacuum table and T-slot Alloy material. We fit 5.5kw free-oil vacuum pump for this machine.
The obvious characters of this model is its powerful driving capability, 32m/min working speed; high precision: we use gearwheel on x and y axis for its speed, use ballscrew on z axis for ensuring its accuracy; there is LCD temperature monitor above spindle, rather helpful for spindle safety.
The customer uses the machine mainly for ACP, wood, plastic material processing.

CNC Router:
Never try to touch the bit and spindle when the machine is in the process of working on material;
Do not open the control cabinet when the machine is working. About this point, OMNI has taken measures, there is safety switch with Schneider brand. When you try to open the control cabinet when the machine is working, you turn around the switch, then the switch can turn off machine automatically without damaging machine.
Check the voltage and current, confirm it is right one for machine.
Please fit dust collector system on the machine when you works on the material, which easily caused the powder. This is for protecting environment and operator health.
Turn off power after the machine finish the work.

Laser Machine:
1. The laser machine described here is a Class IV laser device and is dangerous. The laser will instantly ignite clothing, wood, paper, plastics, and many other common items and will Seriously burn Flesh, Including Eyes. Care must be taken to avoid Serious Injury and/or Blindness. Always operate this and any other high power laser in an environment free of flammable materials, children, pets, spectators, etc. Always use Infrared Eye Protection Goggles when operating this laser.
Failure to due so may result in Permanent Blindness. This laser uses Lethal High Voltages. Care must be taken when working with the high voltage. Failure to do so may result in Serious Injury or Death.
Find out a single stranded copper wire with more than 2mm diameter.Fix one side of it to the laser power of the laser, and the other side placed into underground.
2. Find out whether there is any bubble of the laser tube after one minute. Revolve the location of the laser tube to squeeze out the bubbles.
Attention: Water inlet of the laser tube should be in the lower place, and water outlet be in the higher, so there won’t be any bubble.

Today, OMNI display several photos of processing paddle Racket by CNC Router.

The paddle racket is milled at the speed of 8m/min, by 12mm ball end mill. Suggest paddle racket processing company order the special cutter with silicon carbide above part of cutter body.
