Common oil pump always work on its full power. But variable capacity oil pump is not constant. Its power output is determined by the load. That is to say, if we just need small fow rate to cut some kind of material, the power is low as well.

Generally a 55100psi waterjet machine has a main motor and oil pump of 37KW. During working, machine equipped with variable capacity pump have a average power output of 30KW. 7KW/h are saved.

Sorry sir, I feel a unfriendly atmosphere about your saying. Here is not a good site for us to talk political topics.Because, each of us think he is right, and discuss can be endless. But I should give some reply. You claim we cost so much energy, but western countries cost even more during their development. You are able to find envidence from history. Yes, traditional ways are main soultion in our electricity generation. But we are changing. Every year, thounds of Winpower and Solar station are built. More and more buildings and road light are using solar power.

Laogai (renamed jianyu around 1994) is a highly motivated labor force, that as I believe you should be aware, may or may not consist of skilled technicians building the machines. I was just wondering about their construction, and resulting quality.

The connection between our machine and low carbon is that the machine save energy while working.

I think there must be some mistaking about Laogai. Initially, it means work to reform criminal. Early years many criminal are asked to do so and without pay. But their work are quite easy these days, they are asked to print money, or make simple product. What's most important, they are payed now, though low enough. Many felony criminal spend most of their life in the prison, even abandoned by their familiy, have no living skills but hope choose to stay in prison just for living.

Laogai is a kind of atonement for crime and harm, also a good way to realize criminals' value.

That's the truth. Sometimes, misunderstanding occurs because of poor communication, bias or one-sided saying. Taking and discuss can be a best way to solve any problem, that's the same to peace affairs.
