We have recently introduced a new range of Grooving Tools & Inserts. These are of the highest quality and with only one grade covering 90% of materials there is a possibility for a reduction in inventory. There are two geometries of insert available, one for grooving & parting and the other for general use, there will be third available later this year for machining thin walled parts. Applications include external, internal & face grooving, turning, profile & part-off including right & left hand inserts for minimal pip. The inserts are made in Europe and our grooving tools have Ni based coating.
