Interest in CNCezPRO: You may download a 30-day evaluation copy of CNCezPRO 2010 AE at the following URL: http://www.cncezpro.com/tmp/ae30dw/C...-92810-30D.exe The passwd to initiate the installation is: cncep2010ae9281030d Once you have installed CNCezPRO: There's a step-by-step tutorial that will guide you through the exploration of the program's major functionalities (Menu>Help>Contents>Getting Started>Tutorial). Two demo projects (DemoMill for milling and DemoTurn for turning) are available and cover complete examples of G-codes and M-codes. Additional demos specific to every controller are also available: DemoFanuc-0M, DemoFanuc-0T, DemoFanuc6, DemoMeldas520AM,DemoMeldas64L, DemoHeidenhain, DemoOkuma, DemoFadal, DemoHaas and DemoMacros (that demonstrates support for macros for Fanuc-OM). The quickest way to see CNCezPRO 2008 in action is to try the following; From the Menu bar select 'File', 'Open Project' Then from the Open File dialog select the 'demomill.TPJ' (or 'demoturn.TPJ') This will load the CNCezpro DemoMill (or DemoTurn) project file. Being 'Project-based' each project can hold multiple workpieces and each workpiece has an associated process which includes a machine and cnc program. In the project explorer you can set the active project simply by right-clicking on a workpiece node and select 'Set as Active' option from the pop-up. You can also set the active project in a similar fashion by right-clicking on a process node below the active workpiece. Workpieces can easily be added and removed, as can processes which hold machine and associated cnc programs. Once you've selected the active workpiece and process open the associated cnc program file by double-clicking the appropriate node below the active process. From the Mode drop down menu select 'Auto'. Then you can select the 'Cycle Start' option. Alternatively, using the Play button from the toolbar will begin the Machine Cycle, also, you can use the Machine Panel and select the Cycle Start button. If you are familiar with Fanuc-style machines, you can utilize the Machine Panel (Menu>Window>Work Windows>Machine Panel) to control the machine tool. To create a project from scratch, you can use the Project Wizard (Menu>New Project...). To select the tools you wish to use in your program: Menu>Options>Edit Tool Turret If you wish to modify/create tools: Menu>Options>Edit Tool Library To access 3D Graphics functionalites, right-click on the Workpiece Window. A pop-up menu provides features such as Rotation, Panning, Multiple Views, etc. We support major controllers (Fanuc-0M/T, Fanuc-6M/T, Fanuc-16M/T, Fagor, Fadal, Okuma, Mitsubishi Meldas,Heidenhain, MachineMate, etc.) and we provide our users with customizations and adaptations to their specific needs. If you have any questions or need assistance with the program, please let-us know. Regards, ChaplainD CncezPro Distributor New Member of Cnczone Machinist Community Contact: dbell98@juno.com |
