Kellar Machine Rebuild Ltd. is a growing custom repair shop with over 25 years of experience in buying, selling and rebuilding. We repair a wide range of machines, large or small, specializing in industrial machinery, metal and woodworking machines. Our WMW dual head slydway grinder is one of the biggest and most accurate grinders in North America which was professionally laser leveled within .0002 over 32’ (384”, 9750mm) . This machine is setup to make your expensive but worn and inaccurate machine better than new. With our applied methods of grinding and scraping to fit, along with the use of Turcite, your valuable machine will exceed new machine tolerances at only a fraction of the cost. Turcite lining increases accuracy, reduces damage caused by mechanical breakdowns and lubrication failures, extends the life of mechanical components, saves energy, and improves stick slip performance. Some services we offer (but are not limited to) are grinding Lathes, Mills, Grinders, break dies and leafs and sharpen shear blades, retrofitting, complete machine rebuilding and even building machines from scratch based on your needs. We also have a full service machine shop with capabilities of turning, milling, boring, punching, shearing, bending, water jet cutting and virtually ALL other aspects of machining and fabrication.

For the sale of machinery we offer appraisals from one machine to complete plants for buying or selling purposes. If you are looking to purchase machinery we have many machines for sale new or used.
