Follow is a picture showing our wiring work of a CNC system with 1 flame torch and 1 plasma torch, 3 panasonic motors. We designed an external control PCB supporting almost all brand cnc shape cutting controllers on market, like MircoEDGE, EDGE Pro, Burny controller...and other speed control mode/position control model controllers. It supports 4-6 torches, flame/plasma both. We set a logic control centre on this PCB, lead in/out all CNC controller I/O, Servo, limit, torch/THC all signals on this PCB. You can see this PCB made the wiring work as simple as it can be, even 4/6 torches, it will be still very simple. Tks larry
