stand alone arc voltage torch height controller update

It is still the old model, XPTHC-100. But after updated, it is now with full functions of industrial THC, intro as follow,

1.Two models of Auto IHS (torch retaining cap IHS and proximity switch IHS) Proximity Switch IHS needs Anti-Collision Fixture, to cut rusty steel, wild steel, painted stainless steel.

2. Support HF Pilot Arc plasma. voltage divide (50:1/100:1, optional).

3. With head lock function. When the Actual Arc Voltage is higher than Set Arc Voltage over 30V (adjustable), cutting torch freezes, until it drops down to less than 30V range, avoiding torch head diving on Voltage Spikes.

4. Freezes cutting torch on receiving Corner Signal from CNC.

5. More Functions can be operated on operation panel, like set Pierce Time, display Set Arc Voltage and Actual Arc Voltage, Arc Test...etc. You can see details from manual.

6. Control accuracy: 1v--3V. support DC motor. We just make it as much cost-effective as possible.

Most distributors in china sell at around 1800USD to 2100 USD,(retail price for THC and Anti-Collision Fixture), Lifter is optional, our lifter is made by third party.

We are looking for international distributors, sorry I can not post wholesale price here. I dont want to get complains from distributors.

Thats all I needed....it would be nice to see it listed complete with a lifter......so someone could purchase the whole system. A THC is not complete with out the z axis lifter in my opinion!

here's separate lifter supplier in China, and most of our customers are machine manufacturer who prefer to make lifter on their own.

We have lifter supplier too, if needed, we can supply it with lifter.
But usually we only work with distributors.

Found the oldest XPTHC-100 in warehouse, attached here.

Later, around end of this year, we will introduce the newest AVTHC to market, it will be smaller, more user-friendly. Now it's under some leading factories' test. Usually our THC has to pass some big cutting machine manufacturers months' test here before we introduce it to market.

Customer wants to save money, but we need to prove it's trustable product first.
