WhizCut has widened its range of precision tooling for Swiss automatics with WhizThread, a new range of threading tools for Swiss automatics. The WhizThread threading tool range uses carbide inserts with four fully ground cutting edges. The WhizThread threading inserts are available in a wide range of geometries for both partial and full profile threading. The WhizThread threading tool system includes a choice of the WhizFix tool holder which enables the machine operator to change the insert in the machine in less than 15 seconds.  |

WhizCut has made additional expansion to the WhizThread range of threading tools for swiss automatics to now include a full profile UNJ threading insert. The WhizThread thread tools have so far shown great success and WhizCut is looking into expanding the standard range even more. If you have any special geometry requests please contact your local WhizCut dealer. |
