TTC140 automatic cutter calibrator is more suitable for medium and mini machine centers, cnc drilling cutting machine, cnc engraving and milling machine and so on. SSR switch volume signal is directed supplied to cnc control system by cable most of which is connected in redial direction. Compact structure with simple connection and easy installation does not need adaptor.

3. Work method: activating.Diameter of cutter flank: 18.4mm
4. Cutter flank resetting accuracy: ±2∪m.Cutter flank max. float travel to down side:5±0.5mm
5. Cutter flank resetting spring: 2.3n-3.6n.E-on knives power: 24±50%V DC
6. Direction: one red light in the main body.Protection degree: IP68
7. Signal type and logic: common closed switch signal in general connection, signal logic could be changed
