It's quite a few days since last post. Some update on our cnc controller, THC, expanding control PCB products,

here share with you all.

Today first upload newest controller manual and expanding control PCB introduction here.

cnc controller MicroHYD-GE200-XP is mainly designed for gantry cutter.

expanding control PCB HYD-VII is mainly designed for over 2 torches multi-torch control. It supports almost all cnc controllers on market, plasma/oxy-fuel cutting.

Later will update THC and some more PCB products.

chc-200d is capacitive THC for oxy-fuel cutter, installed over 5000 pcs.

xpthc-100 is acr voltage THC, installed over 1500 pcs until this month.

Over 10 years practice, we developed two models of THC

For flame cutter, CHC-200D, it should be the simplest THC on operation and installation. It's almost free of service after installation. We've installed over 5000 pcs in years, especially last year just 7 pcs got pro in over 1800 pcs installation.

For plasma cutter, XPTHC-100. Stand alone type.
Control Accuracy: 1-3v.
Auto IHS ( ohmic contact and proximity switch IHS)
Set pierce delay time.
Unique design on Kerf crossing, corner turning protection (pls check details in manual).
Display Set arc and Actual arc, offers arc test, arc set such functions on operation panel, very user-friendly.

You can see from the attached wiring map, the installtion is clear demonstrated.
We designed THC for professional cutter manufacturers, but also we wish to make it a cost-effective product acceptable to most personal users.

Our HYD-VIII system includes our cnc controller MicroHYD-GE200-XP and 6-torch expanding control PCB.

It can support maximum 6 plasma/flame torches.

We started to supply this system from 2008, until now, around 450 sets have been installed.

Attached is the manual of HYD-VIII system and some project pictures.

Abt HYD-VIII, I dont know why, but just cant upload it here, later I will try to show some pictures of the wiring work inside HYD-VIII system, and some pictures of its major parts.

I can only attach some pics of HYD-VIII system here, pls hv a look,
from the pics u can see HYD-VIII includes cnc controller, 6-torch expanding control PCB, and our HYD-made cutting operation panel, and all wiring work inside the system. You can just direclty put it on your table and run it.

you can see from the wiring work, the user's operation and future maintenance will be very simple and easy.
It is mainly used on Gantry cutter, support maximum 6 torches, plasma/flame, both are ok.

HYD-VIII after all wiring work: 4532 USD,
Servo is charged additionally, we use Mitsubishi E series servo motor, 1kw.
motor/drive: 850 USD/set.

Hi,

here just share some pictures of new projects, and a picture of full pack of XPTHC-100, including THC, lifter, anti-bump fixture, cables, which can be supplied separately or together, optional to customers.

Many foreign clients doult our THC not good as the intruction manual introduced. So I'm trying to collect our projects pictures to share here.

If our THC is not good, the factories making hundreds of machines would not take our THC year after year.

We just newly started to expand our products to international market on our own.
The name is new, but product's been proved.

Some clients asked for THC, as they met problem on cutting workpiece below 2-3mm.

Cutting such material, especially it's hypertherm plasma, you can see the cutting is very fast, and the steel sheet warps.

Usually we dont suggest try a cheap THC, and it's better not use THC to solve such problem.

I checked many projects pictures, finally got some pics of the solution.
It's not our product, but it's the solution, so upload it here, hope it's useful to people who are facing such problems.
