Looking for a cost efficient and low profile linear positioning system? PBC Linear’s driven Mini-Rail® linear guide systems are great for confined space material handling, multi-axis positioning and overall maintenance-free linear motion. Available in motor driven or hand-driven assemblies, the Mini-Rail LS/MS systems can be easily specified into several applications.

Mini-Rail® LS/MS systems are designed with Simplicity® plane bearing technology for smooth, self-lubricating and reliable carriage operation. The proprietary Frelon material also provides enhanced tolerances of shock and vibration over ball-bearing systems. The lead screws are composed of stainless steel with TFE coating for protected operation in dirty environments. A pre-loaded polyacetal drive nut eliminates backlash; ensuring smooth and accurate linear travel for vertical or horizontal mounting. These design features combine together with a range of assembly options to create a unique, minimized cost product that reduces assembly and installation time while maintaining performance.
