Overview
1. MicroHYD-GE200-XP is 2 axis shape cutting control system for plasma and flame cutting.
2. Position control mode, Windows XP operation system.
3. Fan-free embedded industrial mainboard with low-power consumption.
4. Inter Celeron 1G CPU, 160G-IDE hard disk and 512 memory (optional), Power Supply from Taiwan.
5. GE200 motion control card from GOOGOL.
6. Control box under Low-power consumption design. (390*220*160mm).
7. Professional cutting software. English/Chinese version, supplied with MicroHYD controller.
8. Support flame and plasma cutting, as well as various torch height controllers.

9. Having unique function of DXF document reading and automatically generating cutting codes
10. Support most cutting codes currently used;
11. Steel plate straightening function;
12. And multilevel punching functions.

Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse are custom supplied, MicroHYD could drive relay directly up to 200mA, but its control features and functions will be greatly expanded through use of our System Control PCB on multi-torch control.

With Key features as follow,

1、 It adopts isolated connection between System I/O and CNC controller. The electrical level of System I/O could be Low Level or High Level. Output connection with CNC controller adopts Optical Isolation, Input is Relay Isolation, therefore, it can work with most CNC controllers on the market, such as EDGE and VIII of Hypertherm, FASTCNC, FORAGE, BURNY….etc.
2、 It could work with both Speed Control Mode and Position Control Mode CNC controllers, and could support the function of Actual Twin Drive and A/B Phase Drive of Speed Control Mode.
3、 It could simultaneously control max 6 cutting torches, plasma torch or gas torch.
4、 Torch Height Control could be done with or without THC; it supports capacitive THC and Arc voltage THC both. All the Control Targets and inside circuits are isolated.
5、 User only needs to install external +12V and +24V power (supplied by HYD) for the Control System, all control functions can be done by the control circuit, no outside wire connection.
6、 All Control Targets adopt modularization design, every cutting torch is separately controlled by a plug PCB, and all PCBs of torch control are the same, which makes installation and maintenance very easy. And all PCBs of torch control are gathered at the designated position on System Control PCB.
