![]() What do you do when your drill or end mill which are broken? In Taiwan, we are a very thrifty country. If our drill or end mill which ware broken and they were new, we would think to re-start fresh it. It is why we want to have the grinder machine like HG-01 & HG-03. We can use the grinder mahcine to re-fixed our drill & end mill, only take 30 seconds. It will be new tool which we can use again. It is not only save our money and time, but also we are thinking our green. How do you think about that? | What do you do when your tool broken? yesterday i melt my Drill on SS316... It was the second hole and i have to go 239... I did following things: 1- I have collided my head the wall infront of me... i don't know how many times ![]() 2- I removed the bit from the holder.. and have 1 minute silence for the deceased drill. 3- I then put the drill in the scrap grave 4- Install the new drill and remember that a) I have to minimise the RPM from 1250 to 500 for 8mm HSS drill b) Minimise the feed Any thought?
