PBC Linear offers custom bearing assemblies for virtually all industries—automotive, paper, laboratory and medical to name a few. We specialize in providing custom products that reduce maintenance, improve performance simplify assembly and cut costs.

PBC Linear has been offering custom options in their linear bearings since 1983. From standard modifications—such as additional milling and custom ID and OD lengths—to complete application optimized solutions—such as paper dryer bearings—we have the tools, staff and unique in-house machining processes to fulfill our customers’ requirements. Recent applications include simplifying a 6-component, 10-step assembly process into a Frelon® integrated single-component, single installation step bearing assembly; a doctor bearing system that improved run time from months to lasting over a
decade; and a specialized bearing assembly for a wood sander that oscillated along with the internal mechanism for enhanced longevity and significantly reduced machine shutdowns.
