    Try this

the first thing that you should try is loading the USB to serial interface. the file I used is attached.
Then reboot and the system should find the cutter

    Hi guys,

I am new to the forums and i am having the same issues.

I have a Refine MH721 plotter ( not the best i know but you work with what you have ! )

Plotter works a treat with the serial interface but tried for 4 days ( laptop and cutter are now at the pc shop ) to get it to work with the USB port on my laptop.

Updated drivers, updated windows etc etc and NOTHING, driving me insane.

I have a IBM Thinkpad R52, now CalG has the model before that and got a device to work through his USB , have PM'd him awaiting a reply .

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
