I have a Roland Camm1 PNC1210 Plotter.

It was working fine, but now when I try to load a roll of vinyl, it will not move the vinyl far enough out to complete the cutting. I have tried to change the
length measurement, but no matter what I do it still does not roll out far enough. The job I am trying to do has been cut previously and the measurements have not changed.
