Hi am new on this site and i need your help
I bought viny cutting macjine from chinese company and it was broken on the way when i got it it starts ok. and even when you comand it to cut the carriege moves but the cutter holder does not even shake i have trying to communicate with the supply but she has not helped me she just tell me chake the carriege the carriege is ok but only the cutter holder does not move as it supposed to do i tried to to open it i thought that may be the proble was with the power lines but ever thing is ok when i reach the main board i removed the cutter line from the main board and i used a nother power source the cutter holder moved when it was not on the board but when you return it to the main board the cutter holder does not move so i thought that may be the main board does not supply power to the cutter blade when i explained this to the supplier she can not get she insists that every thing is ok so i was request any one who can help just do me fovoure
