What do you need to know?
Hi; We just bought a used Master cutter XY-380, it does not have a users manual with it and we need help. Can anyone tell us where we can obtain one?
What do you need to know?

Thank you for all of the help, I did get the manual from foxesfarm. And we are thrilled with the quick response.
I can't see that the manual helped much, I do not remember that much being in it.

I HAVE THE SAME VINYL CUTTER...A MASTER XY 380P....CAME WITH SIGNGO PRO SOFTWARE...I AM COMPLETELY LOST, AND THE MANUAL THAT CAME WITH IT TELLS ME NOTHING....ANY HELP OUT THERE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! WHEN I SAY HELP, I MEAN FROM THE BEGINNING....HOW TO GET STARTED...I AM COMPLETELY CLUELESS
To be honest, you won't find any useful information in the manual!
The xy-380 was the first plotter that we bought for our paint shop.
When we bought it, I was completely lost as well.
What would you like to do with your plotter, and maybe I can give you some direction/guidance?
If you are not aware, you will need some form of design software -vector based.(I personally use and prefer to do all my work in Illustrator)
You will also need some form of software 'driver' for the plotter. Some come with the ability to create designs (Flexi, etc.), and others just provide the communication for the plotter.
I hope this helps give you some direction.

I am completely lost with this sign go fd that came with this. we have a vinyl business and it makes great signs i have no problem with that but how do i do images when ever i put images in there they come out as blocks. i know im doing it all wrong so could someone please steer me in the right direction
I am not familar with the sign go pro,
as in my understanding,
for the images, they should be traced to some specail format file,
then you may be able to work on the image file.
you may have a look at this sign go site,
http://www.signgo.com/products/sg_ft_trace.html
for the scanning and tracing operation.
good luck.
