There is no manufacturers label on it anywhere?

I make stained glass art. Instead of using the paper method that everyone else uses, I use vinyl cutouts for my pattern. One of my clients, when I had a retail location, gave me a vinyl cutter. It has now been sitting in my dining room for 2 years gathering dust. I am starting a mermaid job for my bathroom and it contains 450+ pieces, which I do not feel like transferring and cutting by hand. Does anyone know what this cutter might be? I have contacted a ton of companies and no one can help me.
Thank you

We have looked all over this machine. There is not even a metal serial number plate on it. I thought there should at least be something under the cover/door, nope. The fellow who gave it to me thought it came from Europe somewhere, he just could not remember. He actually could not tell me much about it other than his partner bought it awhile back and they put it in his closet in his house. He had it there for a few years before his wife told him to get rid of it.
My husband has tried different software for it but we do not get the results we were hoping for.

It's been a long time since I saw one, but by the logo it could be an old Anagraph plotter.
