Hi Guys,
I own a Plotter SummaCut D60 SE with Opos and I am having some troubles reading the Vinyl.
THe Head seems to be perfect but I cannot read the Vinyl for all is lenght anymore.
If I put a roll of 61 centimeters, the plotter read 40 cm.
Every time 20 cm. less.

I try to call the assistance but by phone was impossible to solve this problem.
In Italy usually when you call someone they change you the whole Head every time even if is not needed and is very expansive
I do not trust much the repairmans.. so my question is

Does anyone had this problem before.
