LXi Software

I just got a vinyl cutter from Sign Warehouse and it came with LXi software. I find myself to be pretty proficient with computer applications and pick up on things quickly, but so far I've been poking around this software and I'm LOST as to how to do even the basic stuff.

Does anyone know if there is any information out there to guide me through learning about the software? Any "dummies for LXi Software" ha ha.

ANY HELP OR TIPS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Thank God I am not the only one!
I have just bought the same package. I am doing ok on cutting lettering but my problem is with trying to cut logos. I have the Lxi Flexi8 apprentice software with a enduracut+ vinyl cutter. the cutter has been fine for doing lettering, but the first time I tried to import a bitmap I had a rude awakening. I finally figured out that the apprentice version does not have the bitmap section. I did find a great place on the web to have my logos vectored and imported that. It looked great on my work space but when I tried to cut it there was only half of the logo. I saw that someone else on this forum had the same problem. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it.
Yes, I tried the tech support and they told me how to have it vectored but I haven't been able to get a good answer on why it won't cut it all.

I only do small stuff and i can't afford to spend a fortune on software.
