HP 7580B Problems trying convert to Vinyl cutter

Hi there,

I bought an old HP 7580 B Pen plotter a while ago and it was withouth a Cable.
Now i found an old cable that would connect it to my PC but it doesn't do the job very well.
I know i need a RS 232 C 25 Cable but i can't find it anywhere...

I allready bought a knife holder and a 45 degree knife from roland that fit the plotter fine but now the problem is the cables/Software

I juse Roland Cutting software and the guy i bought it from said it worked fine with him.
I think because i don't have the right cable the plotter doesn't work good.

I also have some problems to cut through the vinyl, how can i increase the pressure ?
