Hello everyone! I'm just about to order a RS1360C from Red Sail in China and I'm wondering if anyone of you have used this product or other products from this company or know anything about them. Cheers!    |

| I have had a horrible experience with that company on a laser engraver. Make shure you have a web cam where you will have the machine. That is how tech support is done. The company has real good shipping |

| What kind of trouble did you have? Were they helpful or with the problems or...? Would you recommend them? I'm paying 1/4 of the price, shipping included, compared to local retailers and just want to make sure if it isn't even worth that much. |

| The language barrier is the worst part. They try to help but when you repeat things 5-8 times it really gets old. Personally I would not buy from them again even if I could afford it. My machine is under warranty alright, If I want to spend $600 to send it back to China, I do not foresee doing that. |
