making inflatable objects ? can we ?

hello
i dont know if that fits here but i will give it a try
i am really intersted in knowing how can i make inflatable objects and figures.
like for exmaple a computer monitor a bottle and so on ?
i have seen it done many times in many occasions

do they use vinel cutter plotter for example and then weld parts togther ?
is there a software designed for this kind of work ?
how do they weld it togther without leaving a trace ?
sometime i see a ball like or sphere like shape that looks like 1 part and not parts welded togther , is this possible ?

any ideas, links will be very much appricated

but that process is blow molding to manfacture plastic bottles and so on
what i mean is objects that can be inflated with air like ballons and so on to give a figure at the end.
