Exclamation Roland CAMM-1 pnc-1100 Plot Alignment Problem!

Alright guys, I have a very particular question for you all. I seriously doubt that anyone can answer this and help me out, but I will ask you about it anyways with a shred of hope....

I have a Roland CAMM-1 pnc-1100 Plotter that I use to cut vinyl. The program I use with it is flexi pro.

I cannot get the thing to plot (cut) length wise and not width wise for the life of me. If you look at the image, I show you what I mean.

Even changing the alignment settings will not fix this.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

There is a menu option on the cutter that you can set when paper is not loaded.

Scroll through the menu. I think it is called RO-1 or RO-0 or some such.
