Vinyl cutter

I am looking for a recommendation on a vinyl cutter for a beginner. I will mostly be using it for cutting masking materials and maybe some small signs/decals for our shop and vehicles. I was looking at some of the inexpensive machines, but with all the mixed reviews I am a little hesitant to purchase. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have 2 of them, one at home, one at work. Got both from sign warehouse. The one I have at home is a Panther servo drive, very nice machine, auto detects stock size, can cut down to 1/8" letters etc etc..Expensive. The one I just got at work is a cheapo stepper motor, 30" max width, came with LXI software, middle level version. (don't get the basic, can't import images to it). I have to say, the cheapo one works fine, just a little louder. It was ~ 385.00 at the time, came with the stand and rollers. The biggest thing I can tell you is the vinyl is the biggest thing. I bought the LG stuff and hate it. The avery stuff was much better.
