instead of die cutting, is it possible to cut with a cnc router; if so what kind of router bit would you use? any help would be greatly appreaciated, thank you, brady

Your question is rather vague? but a CNC router with straight bits will cut out whatever you are cutting out? the thinner the bit is better with two cutting edges.
