| wow really cool. In my work I need a scanner to put in the axis of a CNC mill. Anyone know about a afordable scanner to use. Or some kits?? |

| I've messed around with homemade 3d laser scanning. The software is still lacking big time. haven't had much usefull sucess. Have generated models. Just not good ones. This software still has a long way to go to make it work for the home user. Need a good camera and a better laser. Not a cheap $20 one. Needs to be bright and thin.
