    roland jwx-10 & mdx-40

    Sincerely,
I have a machine JWX-10 & MDX-40, these machines have the same problem that when mounted rotary all the coordinates X, Y, Z & A such as collide and if calibrating the origin Y, Z axis always hit the rotary. If I move the X axis, Y & Z axis always participated, about what's the problem?

I've replace rotary board, mainboard & rotary motor, but the result is the same

    thx

    Both these issues sound like

corrupted firmware. That's the software that controls the startup and zero-sensing routines. You should contact your local Roland dealers for instructions on how to download and reload the firmware for your machines.

    Hi,
My problem solved.I've bought new rotary axis from ProtoWizard in USA.I could calibrate my mill by this rotary axis.It must be isolated from machine table. If is not cause in jog mode X and Y collide.I isolated and solved my problem.
