Font is not perfect

Hello
I have just bought cheap chinese vinyl cutter. Few hours of try i got it work.
I have used pen at first attempts.

Please, glance results:

What is the reason for this?

Text has made with CorelDRAW 11, Font is Stencil.

You might try converting the text to curves. Select the text, click on Arrange then on Convert to Curves.

No succes! Machine (cutter) shows: Now is cutting....
but nothing happens. I have to push Reset to get it wake up again.

how firmly is your pen mounted into the holder? it kinda looks like its wobbling a little bit.

I dont think so. Here is picture with better resolution.
