Hi,
How is perforated Vinyl manufactured?
I mean the perforations on the vinyl. Is it laser cut or die cut?
Perforations are made after printing or before printing?

And prepare money for penalties, if you want make your own perforated vinyl

Of course perforation is BEFORE printing.

I dont want to make my own perforated vinyl.
Just curious how the perforations are made.
Die cut , punched or laser cut?

I think roll punching.
