Hello all.

i ahve a HP Designjet 3500 CP wide format printer.

after aot of screwing around i finally have it up and running.. at least test prints.. the problem is is that its only printing the first 5mm of any image down the right hand side,.. granted this is on windows 7. but i was hoping someone might have some insight.

also if anyone has any tips on refilling this thing as the inks arn't in production anymore.

I feel that it is best that you go to authorized service center to get your printer fixed. They will use only original products for your printer and this will help it run longer. It might be a little expensive but I think it is well worth it.
