Merge NC Programs in one NC File

Hi Guys;

i'm using PowerMill 2016 , i have multiple toolpath ( Rough Milling and fine finishing ) with individual NC programs for each one

but i want to Merge all NC Programs in one NC program to run it in the machine one time instead of running each NC program separately by changing the tool

by the way machine is equipped with Automatic tool changer

can any one advice me how to do that please ?

Hey. Can you share your solution ? Coz when I read your question i thought that we can merge two exported codes with CIMCO application by copying them after each other
What was your way ?

hi guys I have found the way by reading the help contents eventually
if you have made some toolpath and you want to have them all in one G-Code file or for havin a all in one file :

follow these steps to have a merged NC program :

1.in the left side of application (explorer window) there is an icon called "group" ==>> right click ==>> create a group and give it a name
2.copy all your toolpath into that group ( you can also do this with selecting and dragging them)
3.right click on your group and choose "copy as a NC program"
4.now you can go back to the nc program tab in the explorer window and write your all in one toolpath using an appropriate machine file option
