workplane macro

ok i would like to align my workplane to a set of three inline holes. The center hole being zero (.3125 dia)and to outer holes (.375 dia). problem being is this. Each model i bring into powermill the workplane is at a different location than i need it to be at, i must select feature(3125 dia hole) then align workplane to that feature(xyz0) then twist to get x positive pointing toward even spaced dowel. is there a way with a macro i can get this done.

If you have to select points in the screen it will not do it. But if there is a plane on a level and its named it mak select the surface and create your work plane.
