Dyna 4400 pst help

I am trying to get a post for the Dyna 4400 mill to not output x and y values that are the same as the previous block. I have tried everything in the plin post line but I cannot get the state to change. The machine does not use standard G&M codes so it is not a normal post. The code that the mill uses is really awful but I need to get this post working so that I can reduce my file sizes. Anyone want a stab at this? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to cut parts as soon as I can. This post was one of the posts in the Mastercam V9 library.

Thanks,

Jim Walthall

In the plin block, you should have something like the following

pxout, pyout, pzout, pfr, e

If is like this,

pfxout, pfyout, pfzout, pfr, e

then it is being forced out. change to first sample. If you need more help

email me your post.

Thanks, Masspfei for the responce. My troubles went away on Monday when the control bit the big one. I am now in the process of a retrofit then I will be able to get back to the real world of standard G& M codes. But again thanks for the advice I will check the post and try it just to see . It is allways good to learn on posts.

Cheers

Dyna 4400

I heard your controls bit the dust. If you retorfitted it how did you take care of the ATC? I may have a chance to pick up one of the. The guy has two both in good mechanical condition. I offered to retorfit one free for him giving me the other. He said yes
