mazak post

we have mill 3 installed at work, as was wondering if we buy the lathe package, can we get a post to use on our mazak machines

1- mazatrol cam t-2 quickturn 10 about 2o+ yrs old green

2- mazatrol eia-t quickturn 8g about 20+ yrs old green

will mastercam work with mazatrol controls?
do they make posts for old machines like them?
they have floppy drive access from storing/loading programs

just asking to see if its worth putting a proposal to boss
