What MasterCam version are you working with? What post are you using now? Upload a copy of the post with a current program output and a copy of the same program with corrections. Then someone can help you modify the post.

DMG is going to come with either a Seimens or a Heidenhain control. I would hope by now you would know which one.

Seems the X and Y numbers in your 2 sample programs do not match. Are you sure this was a before and after?

Here are a few of the changes you wanted. I have not located in the post processor where it inserts most of the M-codes you want removed. Look in the post for "(Changed 06/27/12)" to see what has been changed.

As I mentioned before, the X and Y numbers do not match exactly between your two sample programs.

Here is a Siemens post. I do not know how well it works since I have never done any programming for a mill with a Siemens control. You are welcome to it though.

I do not know when I will get back to looking at your post again. Maybe someone else will look at it sooner.
