Not sure if I am being stupid however I recently purchased a PC from an auction at a company which had just gone pop here in the UK and now Im after using it with Mach 3. My question is will the standard Mach 3 post processor work if I intend to use MasterCam X2 on a 4 axis machine I have built myself which uses a HobbyCNC board? I was slightly unsure about buying the PC but I knew it had MasterCamX2 installed and for £30 it was worth it just for the PC itself the software was a massive bonus. Does anyone know if it will require any new post processor for Mach 3 because I'm getting a bit confused with all the posts in here about other machines. many thanks, Paul |
