    edditing post processor

I use mastercam 9 to create programs for mach 3 which controls a waterjet. I have a processor that works but I need to edit the g-code manually to turn the water and abrasive on and off. I am wondering how I can make changes to the post so instead of raising and lowering a z axis, it will activate the m codes instead.
    Thanks

I would advise to use contour flag and add some logic for it, something like I did for plasma cutting machine

Your question was in general and answer the same way. If you wish to know how to do in detail then need look at post and what you wish to get after. If I correct remember you can open Burny post which came with Mcam9 for plasma machines. It can give you some knowledge for start.
