I briefly described this problem once before. It cropped up again today. I didn't save the file as-is because I was poking around with options trying to fix it.
I'm getting an "invalid X, Y or" error when I try to run certain paths in my Haas VF-2. The move that errors-out is an arc move in Z and since it's at the start of a pocket, I think it's either trying to establish cutter comp above the part, or it was the helix entry I had specified.
It was a G02 with a radius and a Z value (no X or Y). I have no idea what kind of move would that describe and why it's creating that. What did Mastercam intend for the path to do?
When I turned off the Helix entry and told it to ramp along the profile, it worked fine. Now I can't reproduce the problem to diagnose it.
I'm using the turnkey HAASV.PST. Any suggestions? Was there an update to this post?

A little follow-up here since I finally isolated the problem and have a solution.
This problem was not due to the post at all. It turns out that the default control configuration was to blame.

The Haas control needs 360 degree arc moves in the IJK form rather than XYR. Editing the Arc options in the Control definition seems to be giving the proper output now. I'll verify it in the machine tomorrow but the output looks good.
