| Is there any way to unlock a post processor, so that modification can be made? I can view the post but when I make changes and try to use the post I get a error saying that it can not find the "endbin" Help |

| No there is no way to unlock it. You can only modify the original post. Is this a 5 axis post that you bought from someone? Mike Mattera

| Hey Mike thanks for replying. No this is not a 5 axis post. It is one that an Canada company is writing for us to use our aggregate head. I can not even "save as." The post is locked so that no modifications can be made to the original or copy. I needed to fix a few minor thing and it is taking over a week to get it back. Steve |

| Steve, when you purchase a post, the post writer has the ability to encode that post to a particular SIM. Thus you will receive a MMD, CONTROL and PST file but also a PSB file which is the binary section that you can't modify. Normally, you should be able to modify things that are in the PST section but not in the PSB section. Talk to the people who sold you the post, they will tell you that it's to make sure that the post is not given to others without them paying for it. Regards, Luc |
