mastercam used on a onsrud cnc machine

I recently have noticed that during the cnc operation using mastercam my cnc machine isn't responding to the tool change code. Any suggestions why this is happening.

I think you need to explain the situation a little better for us to find the problem

Mastercam is software that can create NC code.
the post processor turns the graphic toolpaths into machine language ( NC code )

It is the NC code that makes the machine perform

    Now,
what NC code is mastercam outputting for it to toolchange ?
    and
what is the actual NC code required to make your machine do a toolchange ?

I can't remember exactly what code it is. I have to get back to work to copy it down. Here's the thing, we have certain files that are saved on the cnc's pc harddrive. The program has ran in the past just fine. We are now experiencing a tool change problem. The code hasn't changed. What in the cnc machine itself could it be?
